The plain of Collo, a region with agricultural vocation, from where the necessity to irrigate to face the hazards of the climatic changes particularly during the summer. The plain is limited to the north by the Mediterranean Sea, which exposes it to a possible marine intrusion. The purpose of our work is to use the results from the combination of several methods to highlight a possible relationship between the sea-groundwater levels in this region. The plain of Collo has an elongated quadrilateral shape, with a length of 8 Km and a width of 5 Km along the sea, with an area of about 18 Km². It is crossed by Wadis Guebli and Cherka, which pour into the sea. From measurements made in the field (piezometric level and physical parameters) and analyzes made in the laboratory, we realized our work. The piezometric map (of March 2016) shows multidirectional flows:

·        the first flow, north-south, from the sea to the mainland in the northern zone,

·        the second, located in the center of the plain and highlighting a pumping at the wells not far from the wadis.

The presence of these flows, leads us to seek the highlighting of a probable marine intrusion.

To answer this question, we used the calculation of ionic delta, characteristic ratios, and the GALDIT method. The results obtained indicate an absence of marine intrusion. However, the calculation of the ionic delta shows a presence of bicarbonates; their presence is linked to marine animals with a calcareous shell like shellfish. The vulnerability map from the GALDIT method shows that the northern zone is subject to a probable marine intrusion.
