QUALITE PHYSICOCHIMIQUE DES EAUX DES SOURCES AIN REGRAG ET AIN SIDI BOUALI DANS LA REGION DE SEFROU (MOYEN ATLAS, MAROC)
Abstract
The sources Regrag Ain, Ain Sidi Bouali are among the most coveted resurgence of Sefrou region (Middle Atlas Morocco), their waters are used for irrigation and drinking water.
The objective of this work is, first, to assess the influence of human activities on the physico-chemical water quality, secondly, to determine the quality of these waters with reference to drinking water standards or irrigation.
Environmental parameters were evaluated on a monthly basis (February 2013-January 2014).
The analysis showed that the waters of the two sources are highly mineralized, very hard; some elements are more abundant than others (especially Ca2 +, HCO3 and Cl-). A statistical analysis of the data by the CPA, we found that some parameters are statistically similar between the two Mg2+ sources, TAC, chlorides, orthophosphates and conductivity. The other components having significant differences are: calcium, temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, sulfates and permanganate index. It is important to note that the concentration of each element is not constant over time. However, the analyzes show that the concentration of all parameters meet the standards.
